From Humble Beginnings
President Andrew Nehrt and CFO Marlin D. Adams started the business together as Pro-Form Plastics in 1995. Andrew and Marlin were already seasoned veterans, with extensive years of experience in marketing, engineering, design, materials engineering, purchasing, finance, accounting, manufacturing management and logistics.

When Pro-Form Plastics started, we were just 5,000 square feet of newly constructed manufacturing space located in South Central Indiana. We have diversified and expanded both our technical and machine capabilities over the years to offer additional services and meet customers’ packaging and shipping demands.

Evolving with the Times
We changed our name to Pro-Form Custom Packaging in 2022 with a goal to embed sustainability in all of our processes. A lot of packaging companies claim to be sustainable. We’re the real deal! We’ve made the design and fabrication of reusable, returnable and recyclable packaging our number one priority.

We also changed our name because Pro-Form does much more than just plastic. Our capabilities have grown over the years along with our staff and floor space to include die-cutting, thermoforming, wood construction and assembly. We design and engineer for all manner of dunnage with a particular focus on custom engineering and tech-forward solutions. What never changes is our promise to ensure that your parts and products are protected throughout the supply chain.
